Australia’s Nine Network launches TV catch-up website

Giving their viewers a chance to be able to catch up on the latest episodes online, Nine Network which is one of Australia’s top-rating commercial television networks, and Mi9, a digital media company it owns have launched jump-in.com.au, a portal that allows viewers to do just that.
Talking about the current venture, Tim Parsons, director of product innovation at Mi9, said “This is the next phase in the continued evolution of Jump-in. Available on any desktop or laptop browser, tablet or smartphone device, jump-in.com.au is the ultimate destination for all Nine, Gem and Go shows. We look forward to announcing more features in the coming months.”
It was only in October of this year when Nine Network, which had earlier owned 50% of the stake to Mi9, had bought out the entire company by buying the other 50% stake from Microsoft. At that time Nine Network had paid USD 37.9 million to Microsoft.
