Spuul, a popular online streaming service for Indian content, has inked a deal with Star TV, an Asian TV service owned by 21st Century Fox, to stream their content in half hour after it is broadcast on television.
Spuul subscribers include those both in India and Pakistan and it will air popular shows right after the broadcast. Prakash Ramchandani, CEO, Spuul in India said,”We are offering Spuul subscribers these popular daily TV shows at no additional cost, giving them even more value, and further validating why we are the preferred service for quality Indian content online.”
The shows will also be available to subscribers through computer, Android smartphones, iOS devices as well as tablets. The online streaming service currently offers primarily Indian movies but this deal would boost its television content significantly.
