Philips Net TV goes further

Philips has made a number of new apps available for its connected smart TVs.
New for Turkey is Kanal D, which offers series from Turkey’s most watched TV channel on 2012 and 2013 high-end TV’s only.
There are three new apps for the German language market (Germany, Austria and Switzerland). Stern.de, from Stern magazine, features a newsticker, top news , a video playlist with entertaining as well as informative videos and a picture gallery. The app is available on devices from 2011 and beyond.
Gesundheid TV offers tips on health and beauty, while Netzkino is a new video store available on all Philips Net TV devices, with free-to-view films. Adult material can only be played back after 11pm.
For Spanish viewers the new Leroy Merlin app offers over 100 videos on DIY and decoration techniques. Available on 2012 and 2013 high-end TV’s.
Public broadcaster TVE has a complete offer on the new RTVE.es A la Carta which offers RTVE programs, documentaries, series and TVE news directly to all Philips smart TVs. From the broadcaster also comes CLAN A la Carta offering children’s cartoons
Also for Spin is Eibt nahieran, a new portal from the basque language broadcaster, available on all Smart Philips devices.
The new FranceTV app is a combination of the ZouZous App (animation movies for children) and the “FranceTV 231″ app with News items. For 2012 and 2013 TV models.
Finally, Cinemagia is an application for Romania for devices from 2011.
