Dialog Television, Sri Lankan digital pay television operated by Dialog Axiata PLC, has posted a net profit of LKR243 million in the financial year 2014 as compared to a net loss of LKR301 million in FY 2013. It has generated a revenue of LKR4.7 billion in the financial year 2014, with a growth rate of 30% year-on-year.
Dialog Television’s EBITDA stood at LKR863 million for the same period, up by 30% y-o-y. it has a subscriber base of 452,000 at the end of December 2014 with a growth rate of 36% year-on-year.
The group has recorded a consolidated revenue of LKR67.3 billion in FY 2014 with an increase of 6% y-o-y. Its net profit has increased by 17% y-o-y to LKR6.1 billion.
