The Polish DTH platform nc+ ended the third quarter with 2.2 million post-paid subscribers, or 100,000 fewer than three months earlier, according to TVN, one of its backers.
At the same time, its monthly year-to-date ARPU was PLN64.1 (€15.3), compared to PLN63.4 in the first half of the year, with revenues from the platform for the first nine months of the year amounting to PLN1.7 billion.
TVN Group one of the leading commercial broadcasters in Poland, had revenues of PLN310 million in Q3, or 0.3% less than in the same period last year.
Those in the TV segment amounted to PLN203 million, 0.4% down year-on-year.
Adjusted EBITDA was PLN91 million, a 7.7% increase on the previous year.
However, the net loss in Q3 amounted to PLN171 million, while for the first nine months of this year it stood at PLN249 million.
The DTH platform nc+ was formed by the merger of n and Cyfra+ and made its debut in March this year.
