This was a requirement placed on it last year by the regulator (National Council) and viewers are able to watch 32 channels without having to pay a fee.
In a statement, the regulator says that besides offering a real opportunity to view the channels, the move will lead to more competition.
Zeonbud was accused of dragging its feet in complying with the regulator’s ruling.
This was initially made in July 2014, with the operator being given a month to decode all 32 channels.
After warnings, it carried out the procedure in stages.
